1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SkyWash JA website and drone-powered cleaning services ("Services") operated by NexusHub International ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Description
SkyWash JA provides professional drone-powered cleaning services in Jamaica, including but not limited to:
- Solar panel cleaning for residential, commercial, and utility-scale installations
- Building facade and window cleaning using drone technology
- Billboard and signage cleaning
- Panel inspection and condition reporting with before/after documentation
All services are performed by trained drone operators using commercial-grade equipment. Service availability depends on weather conditions, location, and scheduling capacity.
3. Booking and Scheduling
- Quotes: All prices displayed on our website are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed after a site assessment or detailed consultation.
- Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) from our team.
- Site access: You must provide safe, unobstructed access to the cleaning area. We require access to a water source for residential and commercial jobs.
- Weather: Drone operations are subject to weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule if conditions are unsafe (high winds, heavy rain, lightning). Rescheduling due to weather is free of charge.
4. Cancellation Policy
- More than 48 hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
- 24-48 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee or free rescheduling
- Less than 24 hours notice: Full charge applies; rescheduling subject to availability
- No-show: Full charge applies with no rescheduling credit

5. Payment Terms
- All prices are quoted in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) unless otherwise stated
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless alternative terms are agreed in writing
- We accept bank transfer, cash, and digital payment methods
- Maintenance plan customers are billed per the terms of their plan agreement
- Late payments beyond 14 days may incur a 5% surcharge
- Commercial and solar farm contracts may include custom payment schedules
6. Liability and Insurance
Our Responsibilities
- We carry commercial liability insurance covering our drone operations
- Our operators are trained and certified for commercial drone operations
- We comply with all Jamaica Civil Aviation Authority (JCAA) regulations for drone flights
Limitations of Liability
- SkyWash JA is not responsible for pre-existing damage to solar panels, roofing, or property structures that is not caused by our operations
- We are not liable for energy production outcomes, as panel performance depends on many factors beyond cleanliness
- Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost energy production or business interruption
Property Owner Responsibilities
- You represent that you are the owner or authorized agent of the property where services are requested
- You must disclose any known hazards, structural issues, or fragile installations at the service location
- You are responsible for securing pets, loose items, and ensuring the area is safe for drone operations
7. Safety Disclaimers
- Drone operations: Our drones are operated by trained professionals. Bystanders must maintain a safe distance during operations as directed by our crew.
- Water use: Our cleaning process uses water jets. We take precautions to avoid water damage, but some water runoff is inherent to the process.
- Height operations: While our drones eliminate the need for human roof access, we may require ground-level access points. Follow all safety instructions from our team.
- Electrical systems: Solar panel systems are live electrical installations. Our process is designed to be safe for all standard panel types. Inform us of any non-standard installations.
8. Maintenance Plans
Maintenance plan subscribers agree to the following:
- Plans are sold as Annual (4 cleans/year, 15% discount) or Bi-Annual (2 cleans/year, 10% discount)
- Plan pricing is locked for the contract period
- Plans auto-renew unless cancelled with 30 days written notice before the renewal date
- Unused cleanings do not carry over to the next period
- Plans are non-transferable to other properties without our written consent
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the SkyWash JA website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of NexusHub International and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Before/after photos taken during service may be used in our marketing materials unless you opt out in writing at the time of service.
10. Waitlist Terms
Joining our waitlist does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of service. Waitlist perks (including the 20% first-clean discount) are subject to availability and may be modified before our official launch. We will notify waitlist members of any changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominently displayed on our website. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
